My friend and I stayed two nights here and were very happy with our experience. The lobby was beautiful and the staff were very professional. The room was OK. It was spacious but the carpet was a little gross and the furniture was not in great shape. The breakfast buffet was probably the best thing about the stay. The variety of food was astounding and the food and beverage manager was very attentive.

My first impression of the hotel wasn’t good. Lobby was spacious but I could barely feel the air conditioning. Reception staff weren’t the most friendly. Definitely did not feel like a 4 star hotel. Room is badly in need of repair – wood flooring around the bed area were damaged and worn out (potentially dangerous to young children and older hotel guests), shower head did not work and the TV transmission was analog grainy. And channel options? Only the few local channels. Furniture were also dated and could use an upgrade. I did enjoy the breakfast buffet though. Wide variety of local cuisine.

Bring my elderly mum for staycation. The experience was good. The staffs were friendly n helpful, the room was also nice n comfy enough for 2nights. The star of our staycation would be the breakfast buffet. Massive choice of food. Love it, will definitely come again

Poor maintenance. 1. The lobby is spacious however we couldn't feel the air cond. 2. Reception staff is not friendly, didn't have the courtesy to say sorry eventhough the check in queue is quite long. 3. The elevator works well. 4. There was an unpleasant smell as we entered the room. Stains are everywhere over the carpet. We assume the moldy smell came from the carpet. 5. We called the housekeeping to have a look on it but they never came until we checked out. 6. The pool was ok, but the space is quite packed. 7. Bathroom was also ok, but the broken shower head is only fixed using sellotape. It looks funny for a 4-star hotel. 8. Breakfast buffet was superb! 9. For Muslim guests, please bring your own prayer mat (sejadah) as it was not provided by the hotel. You can also look for the kiblat arrow inside the wardrobe. Overall the hotel needs to improve on the maintenance and PLEASE FREQUENTLY MAINTAIN the cleanliness of the curtain, carpets, and furniture as it might caused skin infection for guests who's sensitive to dusts and other fungus families. Twas really disgusting looking at the stains on the carpet, combined with the unpleasant smell which makes me regret of booking this property.

The room is clean. The mattress is hard. The furniture is minimal. No sofa in the superior twin. No hand towel, just bath towel. No toothbrush and shaving kit. The water pressure is medium. It's a bit difficult to get the ideal water temperature. It's either too hot or too cold. The tv only have 4 local channels and 3 vision four channels. For all these, I intend to give 2 star. However, I found their breakfast buffet spread is very generous. It's a fusion between western and local. Their staffs, from front desk, technician, house keeping and cafe, are helpful and friendly. In half an hour, they managed to get another room because the initial room assigned to me, the aircond is not cold. The parking is RM2.00 per stay for multiple entry. You have to verify your touch and go card at the front desk. Parking is ample at the basement. I feel overall it's not worth for their normal price rate. Lucky I got a deal from agoda.
