Absolutely a NIGHTMARE. We booked two nights for a honeymoon celebration and we had to cancel the second night and left immediately. 1. No staff attended during the check-in. No staff helped carrying luggage. Had to wait for 10 mins until somebody came to bring us to check-in. 2. There was no staff at Check-in counter. There were staffs at the restaurant next to it, but they purposefully didn't engage/ignored us (staring and walking pass us without any greeting). We learnt that they only worked on organizing a wedding event. 3. This resort has been well-known to organize weddings. There's a wedding at the time we checked-in. The staff who checked in told us that there was no other staff available to serve us promptly as 'they were focusing on the wedding'. 4. As of Apr 2023, there was no service which had been advertised via their media pages. No butler service, no in-room massage, no in-room dining, no other activities. Especially during that time with wedding, per #3, they intended to only organized for the wedding. The staff told us that IN CASE WE NEED FOOD, PLEASE ORDER "Food Delivery" like GrabFood. Of course, no cuteries/equipment to dine in villa so had to dine using our hands. When we returned to lobby counter to request for an iron, zero staff was there. They were all standing in the restaurants to prepare the wedding and ignored us. 5. The room has been depreciating with many things not working, e.g., phone in the room, switches, fan controls and most importantly AIR CONDITIONER - which was the reason we could no longer stay as the air con in the bedroom no longer worked at midnight. Even we had tried, in the end we couldn't tolerate the hot temp in our bedroom and we had to move to sleep in the living room of the villas. The night-shift staff tried to offer us to another villa where in the end the AIR CON of the other villas had the same issue. His response to solve the problem was saying that 'He's the only staff and there was no technician or other person who could help. All villas are just like this normal, and they are already aged and other guests did not complain before." On the next day, the day-time staff (who checked us in) didn't mention any attempt to fix the aircon (probably there's no technician) and repeated what the night-shift staff said that there was only another villa we could change but in the end the aircon. Otherwise, they offered cancellation of the booking and refunded which we right away went for that option and asked for a refund from the Agoda. We would never return to this property again. It has been a forever nightmare for us. Even being offered a free stay, we definitely would not.

Spectacular views and unforgettable service staff. We rented the hotel for a wedding. The wedding organizer was perfect, food was well prepared, the settings and decoration was magical. It's truly a private oasis. Lay out in the infinity pool and enjoy the warmth from Thailand. You can walk down to the beach in about 15 minutes and get out for some local food.
