Location. Perfect Staff. Excellent Rooms....so close. We had a few issues with our room on arrival. We had no AC for the first night and our shower was not draining properly which led to some uncomfortable showers. However the staff, who where very friendly were quick to act to try and solve the issues quickly. And they did. The remainder of our nights were perfect. The location is great. Go north, south east or west of this hotel and there is something to see. Of course everytime you leave the hotel you're greeted with a monumental view that is the Seville "mushroom". Lots to eat nearby as well.

Perfect! Beautiful! Very close to everything and most of all, comfortable beds. Only two things to mention: the coffee in room is instant coffee and not good and the other thing is there is a nightlight that stays on at night in the bathroom so you have to close the door if you want pitch black to sleep.

The hotel has wonderful interiors and it was just so perfect in every detail. Rooftop bar had a wonderful view. It is located in the centre with a short walk to the public transport, restaurants, shopping centres and to some tourist attraction. The rooms are quiet and well equipped. Found a nice welcome note and two bottles of water upon arrival. They also provide you with complementary bathroom utilities which was pleasant surprise. The staff was always kind, prepared and gave us a lot of useful information. 100% recommend this hotel. Worth every penny. Will surely return if I visit Seville again. Thank you all.

Everything about this hotel is incredible! Prime location in La Encarnación Square. Book a balcony room with exceptional views of the square. Rooms are spacious, with ample room, comfortable firm mattress, and large walk in shower. The aroma throughout the hotel is organic and subtle. Staff are incredibly helpful, accommodating, and willing to offer recommendations for nearly anything. Brunch, while not cheap, offers anything you could want, including bottomless Cava. Rooftop bar serves exceptional cocktails, great and comfortable seating, and the staff are full of personality. La Flor de Sevilla was our favorite. Pool is great for a dip to cool off or enjoy your poolside beverage. Walkable to many adjacent pockets of Sevilla.
