SCAM! Location, service and amenities were great. Unfortunately the 1 star review is for the poor service after we checked out. They charged our card twice and nearly 2 months after our check out they have yet to refund our money. Beware folks, might be a SCAM!

The location of this hotel is simply perfect. When you learn more about Roman public transportation you understand why you need to stay at a strategically so well located hotel. The idea of having a hotel where desk service ends in the early afternoon makes you feel like an inhabitant of the building. It strengthens the illusion of "ownership". The room was beautiful and it is huge! We have been there in the winter season and heating was functioning well. The pressure and the temperature of the water was also exactly as it should be. Albeit located on a busy corner of a street, the sound isolation was very good. Service was very friendly and for the Christmas Eve we got a little present too! A small bottle of a very good quality Prosecco. At the end of our vacation we felt already attached and we will definitely go back once we are in Rome again. Book this place, you will not be disappointed! Literally everything is at walkable distance. Trust me, when there's so much food to try and such great wines to drink, you want to burn some calories. Walking anywhere in the vicinity of the hotel is a pleasant experience of discovering those small details that make your stay in Rome very special.

This is not a proper hotel, 3rd floor of an old building is converted to a 5 rooms accomodation. Web site info is misleading. Reception is available only in the morning. There are no facilities such as a bar or restaurant. And the room given to us as a small double is really a single room ("french bed" is a 120cm wide, two can not comfortable sleep). Staff (1 person only) is nice and trying their best to help, when available.

We had a wonderful two nights stay here. The rooms are small but have everything you need. The owners are polite, helpful, eager to accommodate and have lots of information to explore the city. It is a safe location easily reached and within walking distance of all the sites. The warm crossant in the morning is an added plus. Even after checking out they told us to call if we needed anything while in Italy. We would definitely consider this again if coming back to Rome.
