Stayed for about 7 nights. Given level 3(lowest) even requested for high floor. Throughout the stay, one of the night bed sheet got blood stain. Toilet smell doesn't go off easily. Flooring is not carpet floor. Hotel breakfast is always the same, i hope this can be improved. 3 convenient stall near hotel. Train station is walkable but still quite a distance.

Great location: close to lots of food, shopping, and transportation. Great service: receptionists were polite and helpful. We would have gladly stayed more than 1 night, but we couldn’t get over the smell of cigarettes in our room. It must be lingering odors from the days when smoking in the rooms were allowed. We used the air purifier and kept the window open all night, but checked out the next morning. I tried speaking with the staff about the smell, but it was just easier to eat the cost of 1 night and move on.

Room was huge and lots of space to open our luggage. The hotel is a little dated. Toilet was a little small but clean and adequate. We picked the universal room which is outfitted with handle bars in the bathroom. But the bathroom has a bathtub. Still challenging for those who have mobility issues. They provided shampoo, hand soap, conditioner and body wash in the room, but you can collect the facial cleanser, toner and moisturiser and other toiletries from the lobby for free. Breakfast was included in our package. It was simple and tasty. You have to pick Western or Japanese and they will serve it to you. Location is the biggest selling point. It is 2 blocks away from the west entrance of Shinjuku Station. Lots of food options and shopping nearby. The staff were professional and helpful. Excellent work attitude. They called ahead to our next hotel to make inquiries for us. I booked directly with the hotel via their website and they sent regular reminders of the upcoming stay. I am only taking one star away from the room condition because of the dusty floors, dirty walls and stained duvet covers.They could have done a little more to freshen the rooms before letting us check into them. My suitcase was coated with dust when I placed it on the floor.
