The non smoking room smelled like the complete opposite. The AC was ice cold and you can just adjust the intensity but not the temperature. The couch was full of dirty spots. The beds were as hard AS a wooden board. The staff was very friendly and you can get quickly to Tokio station. The breakfast was ok but it is mostly japanese style.

If you have ever been on a cruise, the room feels a little like a cruise room. The space is small and compact, but comfortable. Everything essential is provided, including extra toiletries. The location is right next to Tokyo station, very convenient. The breakfast is a buffet, a mix of Japanese classics with some modern Western options. Overall we enjoyed our stay - it is no-frills but peaceful, comfortable, and super convenient.

Good hotel of you just need a place to sleep. It was a basic accommodation. The bed wasn't comfortable, and the bathroom was pretty small. I felt safe, and the staff was friendly.
