A minutes walk to the underground metro station and bus stop right outside can reach the port in less than half an hour. Our room was clean and cozy on the 5th floor. Lift was a Lil compact & very old but functional. Extremely friendly & welcoming old man at the reception. Also agreed to keep our luggage at no extra cost even after check out.

Don't stay here, it's really not worth it. Advantages were that it was close to public transportation and accessible to the whole city, the dock, and had nice views. But I just can't leave anything over a 1 star review for a hotel where you're angrily booted at 11:00 when it says 12:00 as a check out time. Also, the free breakfast I read about is non-existent. Some of the staff is friendly, but nobody speaks English. I was informed of the city tax as I was checking out, which I had to pay in cash on the spot. Also, it's on the 6th floor of a complex in which you have to pay .20 euros to use the elevator. And if you happen to arrive when the gate to the complex is closed, well good luck, you'll have to wait till someone leaves. The extra 10 euros you save by not choosing a legitimate hotel is not worth it.

Great location for the cruise terminals in Naples, though not the reason for stay. Basic, but clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. The most helpful local guide on reception, offering a map and the best places to eat around the hotel as we checked in. Breakfast is a coffee & large filled pastry from the cafe at the base of the building, but tbh you don't need much more to set you up for the day. Roughly an hour on the 5€ shuttle from the airport, and with a metro station outside the front door, it's an ideal base from which to explore the city and beyond.

Bit disappointing - Location was spot on, room was fine and clean, staff were generally friendly. The hotel is on the 5th floor of a shared building which is closed on an evening so struggled to get in for check in as no instructions, you need a key fob or code. Also a mix up meant 3 payments were taken as was asked to provide payment details on online check in addition to the usual pre payment taken so having to chase this down.
