Loved the spacious room for our family of five. Very clean and thoughtful in decorating. Separate rooms for the toilet & bath was convenient. Breakfast was beautiful with so many different, healthy options including a juicer if you wanted to make your own juice. The whole vibe of the hotel was welcoming. Very short walk to the train station.

Very quiet, clean, and relaxing. Rooms are well-organized and everything looks new and clean. Great location right next to the train station (Less than 5-min walk) and the bus station. Many restaurants around the hotel. There is no reception after 3 p.m.; however, I did an online check-in, I came and found my cards ready in an envelope with my name on it, and entered my room without any issues. No one can enter the lobby unless with card or code 👍🏼

Really nice staff who are welcoming upon arrival. Super clean and spacious room. I would definitely stay there again! It’s also really close to the train which is good for travellers.

I had mixed experiences during my stay at this hotel. On the positive side, most of the staff members were friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was convenient, and I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast they served. However, I was a bit surprised with the shared apartment I stayed in. It felt quite old and you need to manually open the old small lift, which affected the overall ambiance. Despite that, the cleanliness of the apartment was satisfactory. Regrettably, my experience was marred by an incident involving a staff member named Franz. I felt offended for his rude behavior and even exhibited racial discrimination, which was extremely unacceptable. This incident ultimately led me to make the decision of canceling the remaining days of my stay. Considering the positive aspects, such as the hotel's location and the quality of breakfast, I would rate this hotel three stars. However, I strongly urge the management to address the issue of staff behavior and take steps to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment for all guests.

Levy's Rooms & Breakfast in Salzburg offers a delightful stay with a fantastic location, clean and spacious rooms, and a charming breakfast experience. Although we encountered some hiccups during the self-check-in, the prompt and efficient phone support resolved the issue seamlessly. The breakfast area boasts a nice variety of tasty food, complemented by the friendly staff. A top choice for a convenient stay in Salzburg.
