Fantastic room, great location with a great view from 102. Some stairs, but to be expected for Venice accommodation. Short walk to just about anywhere, and so close to Rialto (which we could see from our room). Room was in good condition and very well serviced. Enrico and Marco were extremely helpful too.

This is a decent little hotel. The rooms were adequate and clean for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. The prices were fair for the location. The building is old with some charm to it. Located at the end of an alley with a secure gate and a few good canal views. They have a private dock to order boats.

This is a really beautiful hotel in a great location, right on the Grand Canal. The staff is amazing and attentive, the rooms are large, and the views are fabulous. The only drawback to our stay: we were given room 102, which is located right next to the reception desk, and also connects to room 103, immediately next door. The rooms are not at all soundproof, the walls are thin, and beginning about 8 AM, the noise in the reception area will keep you from sleeping. Also, we could very clearly hear our neighbors, and they could hear us, resulting in their knocking on our adjoining door and asking us to be quiet so they could sleep (and this was with us speaking to each other in a normal tone of voice). Because of this, I would request a room elsewhere if you are booked into either of these rooms. Also, be aware that there are quite a few steps to climb every time you enter the hotel. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay here.
