Flight was cancelled due to odd reasons and this hotel accepted a large group of 15 to stay at the hotel for one night all payed for. The service was quick, helpful, polite. The people who helped us introduced themselves as a family and was an extremely humble experience. In terms of the actually hotel, great facilities, bathrooms, cosy rooms, couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

Located in an excellent spot, in the heart of Larnaca's old town, this hotel is fab. We were welcomed by a very nice and professional lady (Joy) who made sure all is set for our stay. We had an amazing room, a great time in the pool and are looking forward to returning to this hotel again. Note that the rooms facing the main street are a little noisy. The hotel itself is well maintained, very clean and we'll kept. Loved it!

Overall it was okay. The way shower door worked was very annoying. It’s impossible to keep it dry… great service provided at the reception though!

Let’s start with the positive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is very close to the city center and all the restaurants, but it’s very quiet. On the negative side, very often there wasn’t any warm water. The water was just about tolerable, but not pleasant. Also, there were only two electric outlets in the room and if you use the one near the bed, you can trip on your phone on your way to the bathroom. And then the cherry on top was the “damages” that we apparently caused by residual hair dye. I’ve been dyeing my hair for 20 years and have stayed in tens if not hundreds of hotels. I guarantee that the hair dye comes off in a wash very easily and I’ve never had this problem in any of the hotels or at home, but we’ve been told that they tried washing the pillowcases and the towels twice and even took them to the drycleaner and the stains won’t come off. We of course got no proof that they even tried to wash them. Because of this, they charged us 35 EUR “discounted price” for the damages. Based on the reviews we’re not the only ones that had extra charges and it seems that the hotel charges very easily for damages no matter how imaginary they are. Considering the price we paid for the stay, the downsides are completely unacceptable and there’s apparently a track record of the hotel forcing extra charges on you, so I really don’t recommend staying here.
