Excellent experience staying at this hotel for a weekend. Nice welcome at the reception, friendly and professional staff. Interesting and fun layout of the reception area with a bar adjacent, and a barber shop inside the reception. Each elevator has unique art and also the hallways and rooms have a nice ambience. There is a parking garage with direct access to the hotel, but it is very expensive. The tram is only ten minutes by foot from the hotel. We didn’t try any of the food in the hotel as our schedule didn’t allow for it. We can warmly recommend this hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel. In general, there is nothing in common with Hyatt hotels!!! I’ve been before in the Hyatt, but this “hotel” is a disgrace to the name of Hayat! No robe or slippers in the room. I don’t understand why I paid so much money! Shampoo and water must be asked at the reception because it was not in the room. Not enough light in the room. Strange interior in the room. You have to look for a place to put a towel or other things, it’s not comfortable in my opinion. Also you don't have a wardrobe or similar. I needed to work, they don’t have a “business room,” there’s always music at the reception, it’s not possible to work there. It’s not suitable for me to work at all + no secured network. Bar was not open every day. This hotel only has a good gym and a beautiful interior in the bar and that’s it!

A great experience in Me and All Oberkassel thanks to the staff in particular. All of them are kind and helpful even with the most complicated requests. Cleaning service is efficient and on time. Breakfast is full of variety and of good quality food. Rooms can be a bit dark sometimes and some people may not like the alternative style, but overall the experience is 10/10.
