I had a late check-in but everything was super smooth, the manager was so warm and helpful. The room was very comfortable and actually also quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Has some beautiful scenery you can walk to and view outside. Location was quiet and only a 10 minute walk to the center. However the place looks old and could do with a refurbishment. Also I felt it was purely managed as the staff were hardly around. I felt the security was lacking

This was the first hotel I stayed at in New Zealand. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a value accommodation - so expectations should be par with that. I really enjoyed my stay - room was super clean with an updated shower and a really nice view from my balcony! It’s right in the center of town, so close to everything! Vydhav at the desk was super nice with recommendations, a big smile and adapters for charging! I recommend and will be back! I absolutely love Queenstown!

Upon arrival we were informed that there had been a leak in the corridor we’d be staying in and they had de-humidifiers and big fans in the hall and room to aid the situation. This led to the room having an unpleasant smell which lasted the whole stay as well as a wet blanket in the room. Also, when we returned to our room from dinner, the power point socket was hanging off the wall, previously being held together by tape. When we asked about the potential of getting a refund, the man at reception refused and said it wasn’t his fault, however after searching through other reviews the water leakage seems to be an ongoing issue in the hotel.
