Great rooms and great location, under the mushroom of Seville! Service lacking and roof terrace always closed as others have found the same. Poor reception staff do everything...shame as it could be a great hotel and better service with more staff would mean greater spend by all guests on site.

The localization is perfect, in the center (just next to the metropol parasol): in the historical center, close to bar and restaurants. The hotel is clean but could be better in particular the shower (still acceptable). The breakfast is also acceptable. The staff was really nice. As in the other hotels in Spain where we stayed, we did not have a double bed but 2 single beds stuck together....

My friend and I stayed at the hotel and do not understand the bad reviews at all. The staff was really nice and we were always greeted at the reception. The room and the bathroom were spacey. The cleaning staff cleaned the room very well, we have also been supplied with toiletries. The towels were white and not smelly and the room was very clean, AC works. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we had A wonderful view at las Setas and the university from our window. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing and had a big variety of food. We would recommend this hotel at any time.
