The room had a balcony with a view of the Olympic Stadium and Mount Fuji. The bathrooms were large and were very clean. There is a spa, laundry room, and rooftop hangout area. The staff were all very polite and helpful. Though if you really want the Tokyo experience I would not stay here. The hotel itself is somewhat far away from any business and nightlife of Tokyo. In order to go to any of the activities that I wanted to I needed to take at least a 20 minute subway ride. Though, there are two stations fairly close to the hotel.

Nice hotel with a decent view of the city. The staffs were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable with a tablet control panel for lights and information. Would recommend and will come back. A few notes: 1. the location is prime in terms of transportation. However, there is no convenience store/many restaurants nearby. 2. The bathroom is dark even with all lights on, which could be a little annoying sometimes.

Guys!! PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE! Its 100% you will regret it. The worst hotel I lived in this life..can’t imagine this service level and equipment worth hkd$1400.Don’t even have a shop nearby.. I called reception for extension but they need me to come down to settle the bill,and can’t make it later. It takes long time for check out, staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked the girl staff to make a restaurant reservation for me. They asked me to make it myself and the hotel will not take that responsibility. they only agreed to call the restaurant when I explained I don’t have the Japanese phone number. And the reception guys keep doing his stuff and just let us standing there for nothing when we are in rush for the flight. Is ridiculous because we already settle everything before we extend the room and we didn’t consume anything in hotel. Overall, it doesn’t make any sense to worth you for vacation.

The hotel was very clean & modern. Sadly, most of the rooms are really small - we got lucky & got allocated a slightly bigger one however with 2 people & their suitcases it makes it rather hard to move around the move. There was plenty of amenities in the room which was very thoughtful. My biggest disappointment was that the bed was very hard & even worse the pillows were even harder. This made for a very broken sleep for both me & my partner every night. I would recommend this hotel, but only if you don’t mind hard beds & pillows!!
