Great hotel, super clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, as an English speaker I had no problems conversing. I unfortunately fell ill on my holiday and needed medical assistance, the staff kindly helped me to find a clinic for treatment when my travel insurance could not help me. The rooms were immaculate and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy and after a 2 week stay I was still enjoying being at the hotel. I also found the location quite good, very safe and has lots of restaurants nearby. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We wanted a hotel very close to Tokyo Station, but we didn’t know this hotel is not really that close to it. It requires a good 12-minute walk in the cold to get there. The nearest Otemachi Station, about 2 minutes away, does not connect directly to Tokyo Station. In any case, we were pleased to stay in this hotel, despite its location in a business district where not much is happening. Weekends are quite dead there. The "Moderate Double Room" is smaller than expected for the price we paid. There aren’t enough power points for our devices. However, the room smells good, and the carpet is clean. Windows couldn’t be opened and were visually blocked by wire mesh. We couldn't take any pictures of the view from our room. We wished we could get some fresh air every now and then, though. The breakfast spread was limited, and the small cramped restaurant offers very little variety in the daily spread.

If you’re looking for a place to stay while in Tokyo, this place has everything you need. We stayed for four nights, and we would definitely stay here again. To start, this hotel is exceptionally clean. The beds are very comfortable, and they provide very soft pajamas. The location is great for accessing the subway and a short walk from Tokyo station. There is also convenience stores nearby and great restaurants a few minutes away. I also wanted to add that the staff here is amazing. I lost my air-pods while i was here, and the staff went out of their way to find them and get them back for me. They are so helpful and friendly and made our stay in Tokyo amazing. thank you Mitsui Garden for a wonderful stay!

I stayed here for 8 nights. On this trip I was travelling with expensive medicine that needed to be refrigerated, as well as icepacks that needed to be frozen for my onward travel. Coming from the U.K. and not speaking any Japanese, I was a bit apprehensive about any hotel getting this right. But the amazing staff went out of their way to help me out. The rest of my experience was also extremely positive—the room was very well thought out. Everything was extremely clean and organised. All in all, highly recommend for the excellent staff, quality facilities and good location very close to Tokyo Metro and JR Line stations.

We stayed here over the new year eve period. the whole area was dead quiet as offices and restaurants were closed for new year break. there are a couple of combini nearby , 10mins walking distance to Kanda Station. The room is small-ish but well equipped.. standard japanese offering. Hotel lobby provides light snacks and hot drinks in the evening. the only gripe we have are the elevators, they have only 2. you have to wait for long time for elevator on your floor to get to other floors /lobby. we waited close to 20mins to finally get into the elevator when trying to check out . every time the elevator door opens..its full !! so my advice ..check out 1hr earlier or take the stairs !! If you ask the hotel to call taxi for you , there will be 500yen surcharge on ur taxi fare.
