Stayed for 5N. Good ambience from check in to the room. Walls, decor and floor look clean and new. Keep in mind the drinking establishment next door, stayed in a room on the 1st floor along the shared wall, earplugs were packed but the bed and headboard was rattled by loud bar music that continued up to 3am on weekends. Try to get a room on the left side of the hotel. Only encountered one cockroach that likely crawled in from the hotel's back door (not from inside the room). Easily dispatched. Male Chinese staff on night shift and male Malay staff in the afternoon were accommodating and pleasant to interact with. Could not say the same for the one female staff on day shift. Basically ignored me (male Chinese) on check in to deal with a walk in male Malay guest without a prior booking that arrived after I did, while I was in the middle of procuring my passport. Straight up told me "I am going to serve this customer first." Waited 10 minutes for that situation to get resolved and they ended up turning him away before I could finally check in. Female staff member was also not accommodating to requests for amenities or replacements. Basically ignored me when I asked for additional bottled water (that the other two staff members happily provided on previous days). Make of it what you will. Small blemish on an otherwise pleasant stay.

1) Room rather small compared to the range of price. 2) Room are dirty. Floor, doors, bed, bed sheet, bed pillow are not clean, need to call to exchange bed and pillow sheet. Good thing is counter service is friendly enough and apologizes for the dirtiness, which is a add point. 3) Location is good because near to Sunway Pyramid, just a walking distance. But extremely hard to find parking. 4) We had to carry heavy luggages to climb the stair to our room, which is 3rd floor due to lift was under maintenance. Overall if the hotel take note of cleanliness of floor, bed, and pillow sheet, surely will have more positive feedback.

The facilities are poorly maintained. The cleanliness is very poor. The bed had sunk. I stayed in room 105. The water heater doesn't work properly. Very noisy. The water dispenser area is dirty and lots of ants surround the area 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 not worth your money though the location is superb.
