this is a great hotel, but we had an average experience. the hotel itself was beautiful, had some great artwork, and was centrally located. we booked the Mont Cervin Palace, but 3/4 of our party were instead put in Let Petit Cervin. we arranged to be picked up at the station, but there was no one there to collect us. however it was a short walk. the pillow and the bed were quite hard, we both got a sore neck after the first night. the bathroom amenities were good, however our magnifying mirror was broken and kept falling off, and the bath plug cover was detached and would slide off. also, the heated towel rack and the main heater in our bedroom did not work. we had about 3 to 4 days without a heater, and a lot of calling and recalling reception to get it all fixed. the fridge also wasn't cold, so we just left stuff outside in the snow. breakfast was great, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious. the room service was okay - the burger was good and the risotto was quite small. the minestrone soup was not minestrone, it was just vegetables in a clear broth. probably avoid the room service from the hotel. the ski lockers were a little small, but did the job. spa and pools were a nice place to wind down. for the price, expected a little more.

Service received is one of a kind. They have the best concierge team in my experience. They planned and booked the ski trip, all restaurants, bars, etc. super helpful team. Hotel is powerful and can pull strings across the town. We were treated royally by everyone when they knew where we were staying. Location is the most central, hotel is very classy and has great facilities including the ski room, spa, indoor/outdoor pool etc. No brainer!

Great stay at Zermatt!! The Mont Cervin is absolutely spectacular. The rooms are very spacious and luxurius. The spa is the highlight!! The pools are heated up to 35° the spa area is bieautiful! The food is very tasty. The only dowside to the hotel is that the steak restaurant slightly overpriced.

We had a wonderful stay at Mont Cervin Palace. The best part of the stay was the staff, though the room was very clean and spacious with a great view. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. From the moment we approached the hotel to being dropped off at the train station for our departure, I was impressed by the customer service. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. All in all, we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend Mont Cervin Palace.

The staff at the bar should improved their attitude and service mind. Being so rude to customer proved that the hotel failed to train their employees well enough. I decided to immediately pay the bill and takeaway the food as the environment seems so tense to be sitting there. Later i found out that they took my card for payment and never returned. Even after i came back to collect my food. Seems like they are trying to tease at the customer. However, the hotel reception staff are great. But the bar? Horrible.
