Great location to explore Rome with all the monuments within a short walk but the rooms are quiet and not to close to all of the noise of Rome. The host Emmanuel was so accommodating and sorted everything quickly and easily including a car park in the city with in 5 minutes of arrival. Would definitely stay again and highly reccomend.

This is a nice, cozy little place in Rome with a local feel. The apartment is located in a condo building and has four private rooms. The check in instructions were very clear and detailed and the staff was very helpful in booking airport transportation. I stayed here on the back end of my 2-week Italy trip after staying near the Trevi Fountain in Rome at the start of the trip. While hotels have might have more amenities, the Monti neighborhood is so much calmer and more local feeling than the chaotic tourists spots. I loved getting a totally different experience of the city while still being able to walk anywhere I wanted to go.

The room was very nice and very clean, we did self check in that was very simple and went with no problems. Less then 10 minutes walk to the coliseum and to trevi fountain. Highly recommend.

This hotel is a gem!! Highly recommend it for travelers looking for a haven to rejuvenate themselves while touring Rome, and who also want an authentic Italian experience. The hosts were so generous and kind at check in, even staying late for us since we had a late train. They remembered that we were going to the Vatican the next day and took the time to show us how to get there. If you are a traveler that is concerned about the language barrier, Carlo speaks perfect English. The house cleaning was glorious, definitely going above and beyond. It was so nice to come home dog tired each night to a well made bed that smelled so clean. There was plenty of hot water for showers and it was so refreshing to be able to open the windows to the quiet garden area. You are provided tickets for the included breakfast at a restaurant a couple doors over. They serve you juice, a fresh pastry, and coffee. Very good food and it’s nice not to have to worry about at least one meal. This hotel is also close to bus stops, but we didn’t feel comfortable tackling the bus system. We used the metro and this hotel is an strait-forward 8 minute walk to the Repubblica/Opera stop and 12 minutes to Rome Termini (we had to use this stop since Repubblica was under construction). Overall, I am so glad we stumbled on this hotel. Was the best place we stayed on our trip and will be my choice if I go back to Rome in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Monti49 along our visit to Rome. Carlo was very kind and helpfull as well as the person who cleans the rooms. The place is very well located, we were able to walk to the main touristic points with no need of other kind of transportation. If tou arrive from Fiumicino Airport, you can easily take the train to Termini Station and you will be only 10 minutes away from Monti49, at a walking distance. There are lots of good restaurants, stores and supermarkets very close to the place. Definetely recommend.
