Wonderful place to stay. The rooftop hot tubs were incredible. The lobby was beautiful and the staff was overall pretty good. I did check in during a shift change so it took about 10 minutes to get someone to help me so maybe they can stagger that so that someone is always available. Underground parking was awesome on a snowy night.

Had an amazing time in Banff for the weekend stayed at this hotel, pool and hot tubs were great they also have a sauna on the roof. Beautiful views and great location easy to walk to everywhere. I want to say that Jake and Hanna two of the staff there really went out of their way to help me when I checked out my phone got lost somehow and they were super accommodating going over and above to help me when I was stressed out to find it . Which thankfully Jake was able to use a flashlight and find it under one of the beds in our room. Couldn’t be more appreciative that the staff here took the time to help and go over and above. All around I give this hotel 5 stars rooms were clean and nice . Didn’t have a problem with a thing. Will definitely be back

My recent stay at Moose Hotel and Suites in Banff was nothing short of delightful. Stepping into the lobby, I was greeted by a crackling fire and charming seasonal decorations that instantly set a cozy tone. The room itself was so comfy and immaculate and the decor was warm and inviting. I had an amazing night's sleep! The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. With the hotel's convenient location, we explored the town on foot. I highly recommend this hotel for their next stay in Banff!

We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside I would say is that you can here all the mechanisms of the building (plumbing, toilet flushings, elevators, etc) through the walls, & that you have to walk through 'outdoor hallways' to get to your rooms. The towels & robes in the rooms can be of better quality & for the price of the hotel, free breakfast of some sort would be appreciated, but overall we had a pleasant time...front desk (Scott) was knowledgeable & helpful w/ activities & the area. The hotel had plenty of indoor parking & was over a beautiful place to spend our stay. For those that want to go on hikes but are concerned abt dangerous wildlife, they offer bear spray, but you only have to pay for it if you use it, which is fair.
