Excellent and modern hotel. Very convenient as the hotel is located on top of Nagoya station. Rooms are average size but clean and modern. The room view was amazing as we could see Nagoya Castle. Would recommend purchasing the breakfast buffet as the food was delicious. Lots of shops and restaurants located on the lower levels. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended this hotel if you need to stay in central Nagoya region.

The location of this place is undoubtedly the best if you plan to take a train to the airport! Although the room is not very spacious, it offers a spectacular view. They also provide parking space for 2200 yen per night, but it might take some time to locate it. Additionally, their website is excellent as it contains useful information that you may find helpful.

Overpriced business hotel. Small rooms. No room service. Only basic amenities. Location is central (directly above JR Nagoya station). There are better or equivalent hotels within 100m with larger rooms and service at a significantly cheaper price. The staff were efficient. *Hotel has a policy of no check ins before 3pm. So everyone just waits in the lobby. And then there's a line. Very furstrating.

Perfect location 5 minutes walk without leaving the interconnected buildings around Nagoya station. Very modern and elegant hotel. Slightly small rooms but high ceilings offset any sense of being cramped. Excellent views of the city. Our room overlooks the train station but we weren't disturbed by the noise. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom includes partitioned bath and shower "wet room". Deep bath and great rain head shower. Everything's controlled by a tablet with an English interface. Our room rate included buffet breakfast (¥3200) which is excellent. Charming and attentive staff.
