we had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Yes, it's not new, but it's even charming. The big problem in Bruges is finding family rooms. There are some here. Another problem is the accessible environment. This hotel had an elevator, a ramp and the room was perfect for people with disabilities. Warm. There is no noise from communications. Huge beds. Good TV. Wonderful bathroom. Breakfast is classic, we had enough of everything. At the bar I got the most generous aperol of my life :) The only thing was that the room was supposed to be ready at 15 o'clock, but it wasn't ready at 16. We were upset at first. But thanks to the work of the senior (?) manager, this moment will not remain a bad memory for us. Thank you!

Such a nice hotel located in Brugge, easy to access with friendly stuff. All of them speak multiple languages which is really helpful. Excellent breakfast, honestly. As for the rooms they are pretty spacious-the bathrooms too-and the beds are really comfy. They are generally so cozy but there was a bit of dust!

Short walking distance to the city center. You just follow the road left and straight when you exit the hotel. Across the street from main bus station. The rooms are a bit older. Only one accessible outlet found that wasn’t used by the light fixtures in the room and one in the bathroom. The shower in the room I stayed in had a very leaky shower head that I had to hold while showering otherwise it would stream water all down the wall to the floor. Breakfast was good: a variety of options, pancakes, make your own waffles, eggs, meat and cheese, cereal, juice and water bar.
