This hotel is excellent! From the lobby to the bad to the pool and gym, everything is fantastic and the service team are flawless. Good location in Santa Fe, walking distance to shops, mall and restaurants. Rooms are comfortable with good size tv and walk in shower. Distance to-from airport is ok, it can be bad during peak hours.

The hotel is very clean, nice and comfortable. The staff is prestative and the location is very good. A mini mall with supermarket attached to the hotel and a 15min walk to a bigger mall with Walmart. But the refrigerator was not working and took them 2 days with excuses to exchange after going to the front desk and basically demanding them to fix it. The coffee machine is defective and after 2 hours next day somebody appear with another defective one. The water pressure is very low, and the room lights are very dim, needed a flashlight to search for a cable.

Hotel screwed our 11 persons groups room service bills totally. Everything was mixed up and after 2 times I tried to solve I just gave up and paid abt. 30% over. After I this I ordered really mediocre cappuccino and noticed afterwards hotel charged 60 € for that🤬🤬🤬. And when I tried to sort this out I was put on hold and then nobody replied and phone was cut🤬🤬🤬.1 room had 12 C temperature🥶🥶🥶.
