Very good business hotel in the Santa Fe region of the city of Mexico. The value and service we get from booking the club level rooms are worth it. The waiter in the club level was excellent, friendly, and very attentive to every single detail. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone needing hassle-free, business, friendly accommodation.

Loved the view from my room! I would give it 5 stars, but the front desk wasn't that great when I arrived, and most staff was very unhappy, not the customer service vibe I expected. The room was spacious clean, the bed was also comfy, I liked the pillows, and it was a quiet stay. I will most likely return when needing to be in the area.

David at the reception and Joaquin the waiter and all the other staff were friendly! The room was clean and in good condition. As for the location, it was a bit difficult to get to as I was a traveler and not used to Mexican buses, but it is easily accessible via Uber or DiDi. All in all a good hotel.
