Clean and new Comfort Hotel An exceptional value for the price! The buffet breakfast was amazing! And they even have an automatic pancake machine! And a pool! I really liked how there was no carpet in the rooms and a big soaker tub! Nice and safe hotel. Just off the main strip. The front can be extremely busy at times and you might have a queue at the front desk. I especially liked the computer room off the bath with coffee available throughout the day. The pool was beautiful as well. I definitely will be back!

This was by far the worst experience I have had at a hotel in my life. After being there for an hour found out that the heater leaked water onto the floor in large quantities. The front desk staff sent up a maintenance guy who said that this was very common and was the way the building was made. I asked to switch rooms but they denied me saying there were no rooms available. They then gave me towels to put under the unit to catch the water. After I mentioned that if this happens often there could be black mold growing in not only the floor but the walls or in the unit. The maintenance guy asked if I could help him remove the unit so he could dry it off. I of course said I would not be interested to assist during my vacation, instead offering to go to another hotel if they would cancel my room and give me a refund. They said they need a manager to sign off and he would not be in until the morning. They would not call him to ask when I inquired. They instead moved us to a room that was booked by someone else that had yet to arrive. We arrived in that room and it smelt of marijuana. The maintenance guy went up and found a joint on the window. And apologized profusely. The did not have any other rooms so I left the hotel not knowing if I would get a refund but I could not stay there. The days inn around the corner had rooms and they were much nicer and only slightly more expensive. The overall feel of the comfort hotel was cheap and unkept. Having the breakfast in the basement along with all the laundry and employee rooms and the walls being paper thin hearing everything the neighbour is saying. I will not be booking at this establishment again. The maintenance guy was very nice and straightforward. Front desk staff needed to be more helpful and even hung up on me when I called. There needs to be a manager on call for problems like this. This was unacceptable in my opinion.

Stay far away from this hotel. The pictures on the booking website are deceiving. The beds were sunken in, old and gross. The shelving unit was barely hanging by a thread.The AC/heat unit started leaking everywhere on the floor. We called the front desk and maintenance came up just to suggest we place towels around the unit. We requested to change rooms and the room they moved us to smelt like cannabis. We also requested to talk to a manager or owner but they were unreachable. Very poorly ran business. The only good thing I can say is that the staff we were actually able to talk to were very nice. We ended up leaving and booking a new hotel. NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL like advertised. We lost valuable time on our vacation. We will NOT be back.

Pros: 1) breakfast was decent compared to other places we’ve stayed at. Lots of variety 2) the staff that we encountered were friendly Cons: 1) pool is only about 3-4feet deep in all areas 2) we encountered a bedbug(about the size of a ladybug) in our bed on night 1 3) housekeeping came in during the day to clean despite us not requesting it in any way, we had not put our electronics away, nothing was missing but never the less we would of tidied up our personal things if we new others would be in the room 4) we found a toenail post cleaning of the room (my girlfriend nor I even brought toenail clippers with us ) 5) we saw what looked like pee stains in the hallways ( other reviews have noted the same )
