What a gem! The designers knocked it out of the park. Beautiful, modern, and more luxurious than my oxford comma. Multi-lingual staff managed the large group of Thai and Americans simultaneously with ease. The breakfast service was fabulous and catered to a wide variety of dietary needs. Absolutely would recommend and return!

Very nice hotel. Room is spacious and very clean, and also comfortable, and modern looking. Amenities are good. Breakfast also is very good, in terms of selection and quality. Would stay here again when I visit Nagoya. The only feedback is probably the pillows; they are too hard and too shallow. Overall, highly recommend this place.

This hotel is amazing. The words amazing don’t really feel like enough. The staff is absolutely fantastic and many of them speak very good English. They are very customer oriented and focused on helping you with anything you bring to them. The rooms are as amazing as the staff. Lots of room, very modern and just enjoyable. If Nagoya was not such a nice city I would have just stayed in the room. The views of the city were fantastic. There are a million places to eat and enjoy nearby. You are so close to everything. But I can’t stress enough how great this hotel is. I have traveled to and from Japan many times as well as lived there for some time and I am sad that I had to leave this hotel, but I will always stay there when returning to Nagoya. You won’t be disappointed with this hotel.

Really excellent 3 night stay here. It was a highlight of our trip to Japan. The rooms were spotless, big, and nicely decorated. The staff were helpful, kind and always cheerful. The breakfast was definitely a highlight. The Japanese breakfast was delicious! (But there is a limited quantity so go early!) The buffet was also plentiful and had lots of Japanese and western choices. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Nagoya.
