Decent place for the price you pay. Apartment is clean and spacious. Management is helpful. We stayed in the ground floor/ basement suite which was good enough for a family of 6 adults and 2 children. However, the staircase is definitely dangerous for the kids. Location is central and neighbourhood is safe but streets are extremely narrow.

Although we couldn't stay in this residence as there was a problem In the booking and couldn't complete it but the guy there was very very very polite and helpful ( I am not sure of his name) he offered us another apartment in better place and bigger with special price.. And even he helped us to find another property to stay. The only thing that the way to reach this residence was not easy.

STAY AWAY! This place cancels bookings last minute or as soon as they're offered a better price. We were a group of 10 people travelling to Istanbul and on the day of travel they cancelled our booking saying my card was invalid but my bank hadn't even received an attempt let alone declined one. I had talked to them to assure we were going 3 times before this happened and the last time was the day before our trip when I got the warning that my card was invalid. I called and they assured me that they had left a note on my booking that I'll pay at the property and everything was OK. When they cancelled it they didn't even give me a proper answer... I'd avoid them even if they were the only property left to book in Istanbul.
