Post funeral tea - good location, as just off Cathcart Road and on other side, Victoria Road. Parking available on street. (There are 3 Funeral Packages on offer to chose from). Package 2 arranged - sandwiches, sausage rolls and cakes and scones, tea and coffee with complimentary top up. All fresh and presented well. Staff member on floor worked hard checking everyone was attended too. Member of Staff at a small bar for people who wanted other drinks. Staff friendly and setting very nice.

Having again booked No10 hotels restaurant for a family gathering and Sunday dinner I was not let down. 28 adults and a couple of children gathered for a lovely afternoon. All the staff were first class Tam 10 out of 10 always friendly and attentive to everyone The menu gave the family a great choice of food . Everyone had a 3 course dinner served to perfection followed by coffees and tea . Thank you William You are surrounded by a great team all the Staff at No10 hotel are top class in all the work they do . I would highly recommend the hotels restaurant 10/10 great place to eat . Until the next time thank you everyone at No10

Loved the aesthetic of the place, stairs stairs and more stairs but not overly exhausting. All the members of staff I interacted with were lovely and had a really good attitude about them, the room I had was a little small but was more than comfortable for the duration of my stay, the shower was very nice. The only underwhelming thing in reality was the TV but I didn’t have too much use for it.

It's a beautiful building, and the location is great. Very beautiful and quiet neighborhood, walking distance to all the great South Glasgow restaurants and bakeries. Breakfast was disappointing. Lots of options but probably the least tasty of my entire visit in Scotland. The front staff was hit or miss. The day of our departure we were given the business card of a taxi driver rather than the staff calling them for us. I had to ask if they would please. The room was tiny (two twin beds slightly parted) and some noise problems. I always travel with ear plugs but without them it would be hard to rest. There was noise from a firefighter event that night and lots of noisy doors opening and closing late at night. Noise was annoying. I do believe that there are some spirits lingering in the rooms, and I don't mean whisky. This used to be a hostel for female inmates of the Duke Street prison. Not a reason I wouldn't stay again. Your mileage may vary. Number 10: please get that staff a pep talk (or better wages or both). And please, get some good breads and things for the morning. With so many great local bakeries, it's a crime to serve these industrial breads. Improving these bits would make it a luxury boutique hotel experience. At present, it's a fine place to rest your head in the area but not more.
