We had booked a room for two days but only spent a few hours in Seville. I had informed the hotel of a late check in and early check out, they were very accommodating. The hotel was nice, it was right across the train station which was a huge plus since we came from Granada and departed for Madrid. Only downside was the AC unit wasn't really working too well. In the heat of Seville, it was just not comfortable to come to a warm room. The taxi stand was right next to the hotel which was convenient.

Hotel itself is great. Showers are nice, rooms are nice and quiet despite some of them (including ours) being directly above a rotary circle. The big downside is the wifi. Fairly slow and cuts in and out if you’re doing video calls for work, etc, as we were. Good location though.

You can't expect high rating from a customer if you place a family with a newborn next to my room, was woken up couple times per night. Bedding is stupid like in most Spanish hotels - 3 layers of clothing to cover yourself up. Also, unfortunately, I've got bitten by bed bugs I am guessing, the bites look typical. I probably would have reported this discretely directly to the reception upon checking out but I wasn't asked about how my stay was so need to report this unfortunate event here. Checkout wasn't pleasant as we were asked to pay for the extra coffee that we did not order, receptionist weren't happy and demonstrated this clearly. Bad breakfast, not worth the money. Good location! Okay price. We were given early check-in - thank you. Nice sunbathing area and swimming pool, little gym.

Very old hotel not well maintained. The receptionists are very nice and the room was spacious. The air conditioner doesn’t work , aeration of the room not existing the whole room become foggy after taking a shower . Can’t imagine what customers will do during hot summer days . I tried ventilation slots using a paper towel it’s not working at all . The hotel makes you feel time has stopped in the 70s . By the way the fridge was not clean and mold was inside

My family and I had a great stay at Ayre Hotel. An unfortunate event happened. However, a staff at the hotel - Ruben went all the way to ensure we are well taken care of and even accompanied us to the police station and took care of car rental issues for our drive the next day. My Family and I are very thankful and grateful to have received help from such a kind and great person. Hotel room is slightly dated but very spacious and breakfast selection was great. Location is extremely convenient and very near to train station!
