As we checked in the staff member offered us a better room for 20 Euros more per night. He showed us 3 rooms to pick from and we are so thrilled with the spacious room with a spectacular view of the cathedral we selected. Room 503 ask for it!! There is a roof top bar and restaurant which is pretty cool and so convenient. The staff and service have been exceptional. Parking is an additional 23e a day but well worth it. You can walk to all the sights. Great location. Our room was very quiet and quite perfect!!!!!

Perfectly located to walk to all the main attractions and a multitude of restaurants and shops, yet on a quiet street! The service we received, from check-in to housekeeping, was as good if not better than when we've stayed at Ritz Carltons. The staff was exceptional and truly went above and beyond. The view of the Cathedral from our room was magical and we already miss dearly hearing church bells in the distance, while enjoying a glass of wine in our room or on the rooftop terrace. The hotel is gracious and elegant and very pleasant in every way. When we return to Seville, we will be staying here again!

Good and friendly staff are services great location add the breakfast it is amazing such a lovely continental choice of food and as well as bacon and eggs they will do poached eggs. Just one thing has let them down and that is DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING ON THE BED as it will end up in the laundry and you will never see it again. The hotel will not reimburse you as they say it's your problem

Nice hotel in great location. It's an old monestary with few really nice restaurants. Room was comfortable and serviceable. Rooftop has amazing view, and staff is all super friendly and helpful. Take advantage of the concierge service they recommend some great spots and services. If you need to rent a car I would suggest looking eslewhere as it is quite expensive to rent through their service.
