Im not sure where to start but the rooms look like they haven't been renovated since 2002. The carpet looks like it hasn't been deep cleaned in years and the room has an odor to it. They DON'T DO REFUNDS!! When we checked in the lights did not turn on at all except for the bathroom lights and the lamps. The furniture has weird stains and smells and calling this a 3 star hotel is generous. I haven't even started on the bug problem. They have what seems to be an ant problem. In the video I attached below I killed about 5 ants prior to recording. They aren't just in the bathrooms bit throughout the whole rooms. Oh yeah they also have a ROACH problem but the location is convenient

As a Marine vet with PTSD I must warn others this property is under a direct flight pattern of tourist helicopters in the day. Other than that this place is perfect! The grounds are impeccable, the staff is friendly, the pool is fantastic and the rooms are clean and beds comfy.

Believe me if you are planning for Disney and don't want to spend a high amount at Disney resort, this is the place with comfort and ambience for your family in budget. I really loved the spacious and comfortable room. The person at front desk was really kind and helpful. Most of eateries are at walking distance.

This place is great! The location is somewhat distance from the action, but totally worth the stay. It's so nice being there alone is a vacation, the ambiance, natural homely feel, just awesome. This is one place I would continues to visit in Orlando. The staff is friendly and informative. The rooms are spacious. The pizza was delicious. I love it! No issues on my end! Visit and determine!
