I definitely say this is a 3-star hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious. The coffee pot blew up on the first use, and we had windows that didn't lock. They don't have a room clean on Sunday and Thursday. The reception look at you like dirt if you ask for clean towels them days. The restaurant is definitely the best of the whole hotel, staff make you feel welcome there.

Great for the kids has entertainment 7 days a week. Staff are really friendly. 2 pools the back one is a bit more quiet. Rooms are ok. Would definitely stay again. Few things could do with upgrading like the games room.

We have just come home from a 2 week stay, were it not for being at the top of a large hill we would be back in a heartbeat this is the only thing putting us off. The rooms were well kept and the cleaners lovely, rooms cleaned most days align with fresh towels and bedding. The food was good, a few of the meals could have been better. we managed to eat in every meal with no real problems. The biggest let down was the soft drinks at the bars which could be very much hit and miss sometimes fine others awful. The animation team were phenomenal, always up for a laugh and got involved around the pool had so much fun. Special mention to Sofia who our daughter wouldn't leave along but she had all the time in the world for her.

We booked this holiday very last minute and were a bit skeptical due to some reviews of this hotel. I can’t fault the staff at all, they were always busy and happy to help, there is a wide range of food breakfast lunch and dinner and also food near the pool for snacks. The entertainment was a laugh and was always pretty busy. The staff on the bar were very helpful making any drinks as some on the list were not my type of drinks. Overall it was exactly what you want from a holiday, ease, helpful and fun!
