Great hotel, nothing too much trouble. Was surprised to read the negative reviews as our stay was all positive! Staff super friendly especially the lady with blond hair who checked us in, made us so welcome. Beds comfy and room clean, nice having little fridge in room. Breakfast excellent, good choice and the waitress very friendly and efficient. Wellness spa added bonus too. Bus stop outside hotel and number 10 takes you too airport. Would certainly recommend.

Guess I should have paid more attention to the pictures before booking because there are no dedicated bath rooms. What you get instead are see-through glass walls, which can be rather awkward when traveling with family and friends. Not to mention that going to the bathroom at night illuminates the entire room and wakes everyone up. Curtains only cover about 3/4 of the windows, making the room too bright at night, and the windows have no sound insulation. We kept checking because we kept thinking the window was open.

We have a 1 week stay booked in this hotel. After day 1, nobody had cleaned the room, so we requested service for the following day. When we returned to the hotel the next day, we had fresh towels, but no cleaning had been done....not even to empty the trash. Last night we requested our room be cleaned & vacuumed today. When we returned to the hotel, no vacuuming had been done & counters are never wiped down. We have other family also booked in this hotel & their simple request (for a different pillow) has also been ignored. I do want to compliment Brigitte in the breakfast room. She always has a welcoming smile and friendly attitude each morning. She is very helpful! I don't like posting negative reviews but feel the staff here maybe aren't properly trained on hotel service.

Wouldn’t go back again unfortunately. The room was bigger than most but was really hot and quite uncomfortable, couldn’t really change anything from the wall controls either. Just a bit soulless and 19 euros per person for breakfast is definitely a joke. Also 19 euros for parking which is admittedly underground and completely secure but hotels from such a large company as Best Western should charge a lot less or even provide free of charge.
