Its very clean room. Recepcionist was very nice and funny men. He also helped us and gave basic information about city. Its not on the city center but ıts close to metro and bus station. Price is fair

Prima guest house is a total scam. The service and quality is very low that you would be surprise how low it can get. It was my worst experience in Rome and I feel so bad that I spend my money on this room. I got a room from expedia that looked decent with bridge view (You can choose what room you want in expedia, exactly which room, size, and view you want) but when I arrived here a guy gave me a very basic dirty room next to their loud kitchen. I explained to him that he is giving me a wrong room. He was a very rude man and did not accept. It was like take it or leave it. Every morning I woke up with loud noises and people taking, eating and babies crying in the kitchen. The room view was horrible and the bathroom window had no privacy at all. The shower was filled with hair and the drain was clogged. I did not even want them to clean my room and touch my stuff. Their wifi is also not working if you need internet for checking your emails and doing your work. I bought airalo esim card for my internet. I also went and bought my own soap, shampoo and tissue box. Their room smells really bad with cheapest fragrance and also you can smell smoke from cigarettes. I have no idea how. This was a very bad experience for me and I am just hoping to get my money back from expedia. Don't make the same mistake as me. They are posting nice images of a room that don't exist and adding false information. Their municipal tourists tax cost is for a 5 star hotels and their breakfast is €8 per person. I did not have a breakfast because it did not look fresh. You can get the best fresh Italian breakfast for €6 in the same street. Total scam.

Prima is located right on the river which we found convenient for most places since we don't mind walking. However towards the end of the trip I got injured and did find it a little out of the way. I also then noticed that our room is on the 1st floor which is technically the 3rd floor. The elevator doesn't really help since you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to it. The employees are beyond wonderful here. Our room overlooks the river which we enjoyed. However, it is on a very busy street which makes for a lot of noise during the day. The breakfast spread is very European but I think there is something for everyone. The rooms are small but a perfect place to relax after a busy day. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are very clean. The TV has a function to have it in Italian or English which we enjoyed. I started every morning with a fresh cappuccino which staff makes for you at breakfast. The juice selection is also very enjoyable. Well worth a stay here.

The rooms are pretty average but i would say the location is decent, good food around and not touristy. Close to metro a few blocks away, on the orange line thst will take you to a lot of the sights eg colleseum and trevi fountain, terminal station. I would say this place needs a simple hanging sign that says 'do not disturb'. We didn't want housekeeping, but the guy came into our room anyways when were were away. Earlier in the day I say him and he was coughing away and not wearing a mask while he was cleaning other rooms, so I asked him to not clean or enter our room.

A great little place to stay. Rooms are small, clean, and nice. Perfect for Rome, because why waste money on a big room that you will never be in. Breakfast is from 8 to 10 and is lite but delicious. For those coffee junkies they have someone to make espresso. The hotel is located about 20 minutes walk from all the major sights, but located in what seems to be more of a local area with some amazing places to eat.
