Well situated hotel not far from main city centre attractions and main train station. Staff were excellent and very welcoming. Pool and sauna facilities were pleasant. Breakfast and bar also fine. Minor complaints, room was well sized and comfortable but bathroom a little small. One day cleaning was missed/late also. Minor complaints, however, and would recommend and stay again.

Good place for a night. Beds were decent, rooms small. Parking is 30 franc per day (way too expensive). The bartenders didn't want to serve us (maybe they were closed? They didn't even talk to us...) so we went across the street for a drink instead. Check in and check out was a breeze.

We love this hotel! My parents come here every year and stay in the junior suite so the grandkids can sleep with them in the room. The generousity of the staff is exceptional! The facilities are great (big lobby, pool). Great breakfast. For us its a perfect family hotel. Thanks to all the kind staff! See you next year :)

Service is good, convenient location, nicely sized room but let down by some basic details. By far and large the biggest problem for us was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. You can literally hear people sneeze in the room next to you. This doesn't give a sense of privacy and can be disruptive when you have loud neighbours (which we did). If you have poor soundproofing then this could have been mitigated by spreading guests out around the hotel. The air ventilation in the rooms is also quite poor, the bathroom in particular really needs better ventilation and there is mould developing in spots. The fridge in the room didn't work either. The gym, pool and sauna are great but worth noting the facilities are not exclusive to guests so it can be quite busy at times.
