The hotel is a great choice, if you want to visit Basel! I stayed here several time for business and it was always a very good experience. The rooms are well equipped, internet is fast and stable and the bed is comfortable. The service is good, although the hotel does not offer lunch or dinner.

Stayed here for a business trip. Friendly and helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms, wonderfully centric location (walkable and easy to get to public transit within the city as well as from the airport), and they provide a nice breakfast service. Would recommend for business or vacation stays.

Edit : One of the things that could be avoided is to let clients know in advance that they should pay extra money for a sachet of walnut for 6 CHF. even though if that's indicated to the website. Second : I don't like (i think no one likes) being obligated to leave my card credentials in case i consume somthing from the minibar My short experience in Switzerland as well may be the reason If all hotels does that, then let me know and i update my review. in terms of cleaniness and staff all is good.
