Lovely hotel inside despite the concrete exterior. Felt warm and welcoming. Staff at the desk spoke excellent English and were able to check me in a little early. Room is excellent value, clean, and had the essentials included. View isn't exactly glamorous, but that doesn't bother me as such. Location is on the east side of town, approx. 10 min walk from Risløkka metro station. I still was able to take a walk over to the forest and hills, which took me no more than 45 mins. Left early, so didn't have breakfast but did buy a drink from the front desk. This was overpriced, even by standard Oslo prices.

This hotel though has things like heater nothing worked. Far off from Oslo main city and nothing nearby except national highway. I do not recommend that at all.

My room was close to the highway and it kept me awake from 3 AM every night. Good breakfast and the restaurant on the top floor had a great view. Little gym

At the reception I was told where I can park (the signage is very confusing) only to find a parking ticket on my car. I showed the ticket at reception and they said they can't do anything about it. The car park is tiny and it seems like you cant park in most of those spaces anyway. Am I suppose to suspend my car in the air while I stay here? The bathroom is ridiculous if you are staying with another person. No privacy. The door is glass and once it's closed, it leaves a massive gap. I wouldn't recommend using this hotel. It definitely isn't a 4 star hotel. On the checkout day we went for breakfast which is supposed to be until 10:30 but they finished the breakfast at 9:30 without telling anyone. This hotel is one of the worst one I have been to. We checked out not only disappointed about everything but also hungry. Save yourself a lot of disappointments and don't stay here.

Unacceptable Experience in quality hotel 33 I recently had the misfortune of staying at quality hotel 33 and I feel compelled to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience. The hotel lackluster service, particularly in regards to room cleanliness and parking, left a lasting negative impression. In this review, I will outline the numerous issues I encountered during my stay, which reflect a severe disregard for guest comfort and well-being. The online pictures of quality hotel 33 created a false sense of grandeur and comfort. The glossy images showcased elegantly decorated rooms, pristine facilities, and a sense of luxury that was far from the truth. The service at quality hotel 33 was shockingly poor. One of the most significant issues was the complete lack of room cleaning throughout our stay. When I inquired about the uncleaned room, the staff informed me that they only clean the rooms once every three days. This policy is both unacceptable and unsanitary. The room was left untidy, with unemptied garbage bins and unchanged towels. This level of negligence is inexcusable for a hotel that prides itself on hospitality and is a 4 star hotel Parking Troubles: Furthermore, the hotel's parking situation was a nightmare. Not only were guests required to pay for parking, which is an uncommon practice in most hotels, but there were additional complications during my stay. My father, who has diabetes and was visibly tired, was forced to repeatedly enter and exit the parking area due to an issue with the payment machine. To add insult to injury, the hotel staff claimed that the machine was broken and refused to resolve the matter, leaving my father exhausted and frustrated. This lack of assistance and empathy towards guests is deeply troubling. Conclusion: My experience at quality hotel 33 was exceptionally disappointing. The hotel's complete disregard for basic cleanliness standards and its problematic parking policies reflect a lack of professionalism and concern for guest satisfaction. I strongly advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodations that prioritize cleanliness, customer service, and guest comfort. quality hotel 33 has a long way to go in terms of improving its services, and I sincerely hope that management takes these concerns seriously to prevent other guests from enduring such an experience.
