First time and it is now my favorite hotel in Glasgow, in top 5 in U.K. First the decor and general feel is incredible, especially the unique artwork in the rooms and public areas - definitely not typical. Secondly, the staff are at the same time both 100% relaxed yet incredibly professional. Really feel like a “guest” and not just a customer. Grant and Stevie in the restaurant were great examples of being unashamedly Scottish and just generally awesome at hospitality. Will definitely be back. BTW, the location and views of the river are also amazing.

I visited the Raddison Red Hotel in Glasgow earlier this week as part of a company staff event. The event space is well situated with a separate lounge area with refreshments being replenished throughout the day. All of the staff interacted with were friendly and helpful, specifically Stevie who was on hand at all times making sure we were catered for, and going out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. I can only speak for myself with regards to the rooms, mine was warm, clean and included all of the necessary amenities, although the waterfall shower could have been slightly more powerful. Breakfast and lunch were catered for everyone, both had a good variety of choices and were enjoyable, everyone I spoke to agreed, the black forest cake served on our second day during lunch was exceptional.

Was in for the first time the other night. The hotel was lovely. Absolutely spotless. The staff where all so nice. Got a very friendly welcome at the reception from a girl called Dana was very informative on the room types and facilities. Food exelent bar prices as you would expect for a city hotel. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend I don't think you will be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing! My brother and I stayed here and the rooms were amazing! We also checked out the bar which had an amazing view! We were served by Daisy who was super sweet. Poppy, Keir and Sam were also very nice, some of the best customer service I have ever received in Glasgow! Would definitely recommend and will 100% be coming back again, next time we are in Glasgow. 👍
