It's very bad. There is no window in the room that can be opened. It smells musty. Breakfast is terrible. The receptionist has a bad attitude. Not recommended.

This place could get a five star rating if it just looked at the small details that they apparently overlooked and it showed. First no bar soap in the bathrooms. Just pump jars. But they fall out of the flimsy holders and in the morning I had to reassemble them time after time. Lighting in the rooms is nightmarish. I asked the front desk to just install two light bulbs so I could see better, but it was never done, so I gave up. I will give the restaurant a big thumbs up, as without that, I would definitely deduct 2 stars. Excellent service and even a Fabolous dinner one night. So Cudos to them for their great dishes and service. Close to the Santa Fe district of Mexico City is nice because to go anywhere near the city center of Mexico City can take over an hour. It's nice to be able to go the other way and be out of the city rather quickly. In all that said, I would return to this establishment.

Very modern hotel. The architecture, design, and style is beautiful. The mattresses are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. The pillows could be better but they are decent. The hotel provides wifi but it is painfully slow. The hospitality is not as high as in other hotels. You have to ask for the wifi password and we almost paid more at the front because of misinformation from the hotel while making a reservation. The area does not have much to offer for tourists. Watch your back and don’t trust anyone. But the Plaza and park and nice spots to spend an evening or afternoon. I recommend staying closer to the center of Mexico City
