This hotel is great for the price but it is slightly run down and a bit outdated. Good value, though, and the breakfast is good. The service is excellent 👌 the staff definitely go the extra mile from housekeeping, breakfast staff and the lobby staff.

Basically the worst hotel I’ve ever been, the front desk English is very limited. And the room bedsheets is wrinkled and very old with hairball . And the towel I used two, both have stain on it which is disgusting.

The hotel is OK and fairly priced, but my customer made a reservation for me and forgot to tell me, and paid in full. And I had a reservation on Booking.com. They refused to cancel either one even though Booking.com allowed for a 50% refund for same-day cancellation. They said that they had already billed Booking.com and couldn't issue a refund. When I asked them to refund my customer, they refused. And the worst part about it was their attitude. I will never stay here again even though it's right next to my customer's office. I'd rather give my business to another hotel and take a taxi each day.
