I ve booked a night in this hotel. Sadly the rooms, for me, were disgusting. Messy carpet(stained) , ripped bed, limescale in the bathroom, limescale on the faucet, water infiltrations ... I am really sorry I had to let such a bad review, but this is the reality.

On arrival was not given any information, just told that the bell boy will take us to the room, no indication as to what time breakfast is, when lunch or dinner is, no wifi password. I had to ask about wifi to which the receptionist responded that their wifi isnt working at the moment. Got to the room, no guest book with information so still had no idea when breakfast was, AC/heating wasn’t working, i had to figure out how to call reception from the phone and told them about the heating issues and they said they will get it fixed as it is probably turned off, it came bavk on for a day and stopped working again the next day. Would not recommend this hotel. Food in the buffet is bland and not many options. Recrptionists need to be trained on how to welcome guests and give all the information on arrival instead of the guest having to call reception for information

From the minute my husband and I arrived we were treated very well indeed. Our hotel room was wonderful, excellent amenities, very nice stand alone bath and also very clean. The staff in the dining room were also very attentive and welcoming, everyone had a smile on their face. The food was very good too, great selection. Due to the package we were on we had to transfer to another hotel after 3 days, we were only there for a day it was rubbish and asked to return to the Ramada. Again we had a very warm welcome and this time our room was exceptional, it even had a sauna. First time we have ever been to Izmir and we would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Tolga Alpgultas, you and your staff are amazing, we will definitely be visiting again. See you at the end of September
