Service was excellent and friendly! Very nice, small and peaceful pool area with a good view. Rooms were quite modern but not so sound proof. We heard everything from the corridor. Compared to the prices near the beach, this was definitely worth of invest! Very easy and cheap to get downtown or playa areas by bus.

The room was very spacious, we had booked a king size room with a lagoon view. The view from our balcony was so good, facing the swimming pool, restaurants and the lagoon. The pool was good , not crowded just a couple of ppl. It was worth the cost. As mentioned in a few other reviews , we had to wait for an hour and half to get our room. The check-in was 3 and we were there on time but since their hotel was 90% occupied their cleaning was taking more time. Only one lift was working. But the other lift was fast, so no big issues. Not sure if it was mentioned in the list of amenities but there weren't any mini fridge ( I just wanted to chill a beer ) or locker available, I didn't bother asking. But the remote for the TV was also missing.. so I had to call the room service and it took 30 mins. Not complaining but I just wanted others to know about these when you are booking, especially If you are planning to check in at 3 PM

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. We came in at 3 and the room wasn’t ready until 45min later. The ceiling was leaking when we came in, and they had to come and fix it for an hour. There’s no fridges in the room. There’s also no hot water to shower. They came to fix the water temp and it was literally barely warm and they said this is as hot as it gets. I have videos as a proof for both the leak and the hot water. The jacuzzi also just looks like a jacuzzi but the water is freezing. We checked and they said that’s how this jacuzzi is LOL Spend $50 extra a night and get a much nicer hotel.

Would not recommend this hotel. The linens were filthy. Sheets and pillows covered in long black hairs. Towels had face makeup stains. Hardly any hot water or water pressure in the showers, phone did not work at all, WiFi was spotty, curtains broken and could not fully close, no sound proofing at all and could clearly hear neighbors and hallway noises all night, the hotel also plays loud repetitive music by the pool late into the night and very early in the morning. Employees were very rude and not willing to kindly or easily meet simple needs like an extra blanket or towel for the pool. Service is also very slow at the front desk with long lines. Rooms took forever to be ready and absolutely no early check in is allowed. Food is extremely expensive and bottled water is $3USD for a tiny mini bottle. The food gave our party instant illness for 24hours so beware. The view of the lagoon is pretty, but the location otherwise is noisy and not located near any kind of shops, pharmacies, gas stations, or food or water in general. You will be locked into the hotels offerings if you do not venture out or bring your own. The price of this hotel is tempting, but spend a little more money elsewhere if you can and avoid Real Inn.

I had a great time staying at this hotel, it was very peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. I got great service by Julio, Fernando, Michel, Esmerelda and many more. Close to everything but also far from the noise (which I love) The night guard Manuel….. not so much. Not helpful, we needed his help with wifi and the TV in our room he would just look at us and say there’s nothing we can do. I also wanted to buy from the pantry but wouldn’t accept payment in the morning because he was “counting the cash”. Any other hotel would have made sure we pay at our leave. Anyways, that being said. I’m looking forward to coming back here next time I’m in Mexico.
