This place was wonderful! My family and I decided to stay at Banff for a day to celebrate the end of the school year and we decided on this place. The rooms are clean other than some dust or some extremely small stains (none on the bedsheets, only on the floor). The rooms are also wonderfully warm and the furnace is controllable. I stayed cozy all night. The balcony is narrow but has a beautiful view of the mountains. Washrooms have great water flow and the soaps from Rocky Mountain Soap smell great. There was also some lotion that worked well protecting my dry skin at night. There is an ice dispenser that we used for our drinks just by the entrance. This was a plus! The hot tub is not very hot, but its warm enough if you slip in and out of it. Its jets are powerful and clearly well maintained. However, its quite small and has a maximum capacity of 6 people. Luckily, no one was there when we came there just before it closed at 9pm. My family member got food poisoning from food she ate earlier that day (not from the hotel). The hotel members were quick to provide us with barf bags which really helped us on our way back home. One thing that I'm concerned about is the privacy and the quietness. The doors, walls, and windows have little to no sound insulation. At night, there were people screaming across the street, though it didn't trouble our sleep that much since we were exhausted. In the morning, you can hear footsteps rumbling up and down the halls and people speaking. This probably means that when we speak, others can also hear us perfectly clearly! Overall, this was a nice experience! Its a great place for tourists to come out the hotel and take a brisk walk before returning and slipping into the nice hot tub. Just mind the lack of sound absorption in the walls.

Lovely and quiet stay for a ski weekend! Great prices as well and gave us wine for our anniversary. Had the hot tub alone 2 days in a row !
