Good hotel! Spacious room and great bathroom with bathtub and separate walk-in shower. The room has good soundproofing. Breakfast was tasty and a great choice of food. There is also a restaurant on the ground floor with live music in the evening. It's situated not too far from the city centre

Advertised as a 5 star hotel, but it is far, FAR from it. Our room immediately struck us as old, including the beat up furniture. The lights were horrible, only two small bulbs in the ceiling, which made the room super dark. The shower had no door and was too shallow so the entire bathroom flooded everytime we tried to use it. The wifi didn't work at all, traveling from abroad that was a big issue for us. There was no hangers for jackets etc. The power outlets were very old, some of them didn't work at all and there was so few of them. Overall the room was quite dusty, clearly didn't get a deep clean before our arrival. There was a "closet" with electrical stuff inside it, which for some reason was just left open? It was extremely dirty inside, not an encouraging view for my partner who hqs asthma. Trashcans had no bags in them, it makes me feel bad for the cleaning crew - do you expect them to touch food waist or hygiene products with their hands? Why? The AC is ancient so you can't control the temperature. On top of all this the sauna was out of service when we arrived, which was not mentioned during booking. The breakfasts are extremely overpriced and nowhere the level of real 5 star hotels. We will never stay at Regent again and we highly discourage others from wasting their money there.

Nice hotel, location is not the greatest, but will improve as soon as the never-ending transit extension is completed. Transit upgrade was to be completed 2 years and looks like it has 2 more years to go. No complaints about anything else except the price of the breakfast buffet, not worth it.

Extremely disappointed with this location. On New Year’s Eve they were out of both bath robes and towels. Upon calling room service, I was told that there is no manager for the 31st-2nd. Rooms are not at all up to standard with a 5 star hotel. Small television, nothing in the fridge, stain on the carpet. Tragedy, absolute tragedy. How does a hotel like this even continue operating? The busiest day and to have such poor prediction and management in place. Stay away, would not recommend this to anyone.

Stayed there two nights as part of a tour group. Lovely looking hotel with impressive atrium bar area. The Bar service & barmen were very good. Unfortunately the separate restaurant service was poor. Only about 6 people in the restaurant & we waited about 10 mins without an offer of a drink or meal order. We were very tired, so unfortunately we walked out without a drink or food. Maybe next time? Our second floor room was spacious (wheelchair friendly) & seemed reasonably clean. A nice lounge chair & writing desk in the room too. The Bed was comfortable with good quality linen. Unfortunately the pillows were awful. Flat & soft, like an under filled beanbag. Bathroom was very spacious & shower was excellent. Also being a disabled person room, we inadvertently seemed to press the distress alarm twice whilst searching for the rooms light switches. Still not sure which switch this was, so I’d suggest making the distress alarm switch more distinctive so as not to inadvertently bother reception. Breakfast buffet was very good. Even freshly cooked omelettes on request. Location is ok, with buses to & from the Warsaw “old town” area stopping right in from of the hotel. Overall a very pleasant hotel.
