Amazing location near Basilica di San Giovanni and Colosseo, cozy and clean room, super comfortable bed and very nice breakfast with croissants according to our personal choice. Unfortunately we couldn't meet the host in person but Gianni was so supportive and very professional in communicating via whatsapp. And ... Comparing to other guest houses in the area, everything for an excellent value for money ! Absolutely suggested for a relaxing stay in Rome !

Amazing hospitality, clean rooms, kind staff. What else would someone ask for? We stayed there for 4 nights. Gianni, the host, was very willing to help for everything, had a very good communication through Whatsapp. Annou was very kind too, always smiling! 5 star for the streaming TV service, the coffee capsules, brioches and cookies for our small breakfast! Will come back again for sure 😁

After reading a few reviews my friend and I settled for this place and hoped for the best. The best part of this guesthouse was the access to streaming sites on the TV. I'm not sure if it was just our room but it wasn't hygienic What looked like a dark colored grout in the bathroom was actually mold. It was everywhere in the shower. I was afraid to even touch anything. The room had a damp wet smell and the bathroom was worse. We kept the a/c going just to prevent it from smelling like that. The sheets were discolored and honestly they made both of us very itchy. On the outside this place looks hygienic but it's completely opposite. It always smelled in the bathroom , like sewage. I honestly couldn't wait to leave.

Hotel is on the more expensive side, but I feel like it's way deserved. We had a switch of room last minute because our room was unavailable but it was handled perfectly by the host who upgraded us there. Outstanding service. Cleaning lady was extremely friendly. Pictures are completely legit, it's cute and clean. Lot of stuff which make the rooms welcoming like the big tv with Netflix, free coffee available anytime, shower big enough for 2 people easily,... Close to a lot of bus and subway, you can pretty much go anywhere anytime from the hotel. Good amount of bakeries and places to eat close by 👍
