The hotel is very nice, the only issues we had was our bed was a little too soft for some this is probably perfect and the garden room has a little foot noise as the dinning room is above. Overall experience was fantastic. The staff is AWESOME! They are so helpful and kind. We also met a couple of the owners and they were very kind. Please take my small criticism as it is very small the place overall was fantastic and I would stay again. Breakfast was also very good food is fresh and well prepared. Don’t miss out on the juices they make both are very good.

Quickly booked this hotel after we had a nightmare Airbnb nearby and it completely saved our trip. Jose at the front desk is lovely and incredibly accommodating. He showed us our room before we checked in to ensure that we were happy with it and was a welcoming face every time we came into the hotel. The room was spacious, well decorated and clean with a nice balcony. AC worked very well during the extreme summer heat. Location is great -- lots of charming spots for food, coffee and shopping nearby. There were a few outdoor shopping markets on the street when we stayed. Overall, incredible experience and would 100% recommend a stay here.

A charming stay! We had the most wonderful stay at Room Mate Alba! Located right in the center of Madrid and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. Their warm and welcoming attitude truly made me feel at home. The rooms are not only comfortable but also incredibly cute and charming. The stylish decor and attention to detail added a unique touch to my stay. The breakfast spread was nothing short of delightful. From freshly baked pastries to a variety of delicious savory options. Thank you, Room Mate Alba, for a fantastic experience. We can't wait to return to Madrid and enjoy your outstanding hospitality once again!

The hotel is perfectly located near the heart of Madrid with walking distance to most things. The breakfast was very good with good options. The big disappointment that has me vacillating between three and four stars is it took two days to fix the hot water for showers. It is challenging to have a cold shower in winter cold. If hot water was fixed in a timely matter I could easily provide five stars. No recovery was offered for such a highly rated hotel.

Amazing hotel! Stayed here for 5 nights while in Madrid and thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. It's a wonderful building, the rooms are fantastic and the staff are all very friendly! Really good soundproofing in the rooms - even with the location it was silent in the rooms. Great location too, it's a tremendous base for exploring Madrid and then having somewhere comfortable to relax when you need it. 5/5, would definitely stay here again!
