Very pleasant stay at the San Juan Hotel. Appreciated the convenient location, walking distance from most Miami beach attractions, friendly service and comfortable rooms. Beach towels and loungers are included (short walk from the hotel). We slept well, street noise was not an issue. Pool area was beautiful but note that pool is not heated during the colder months.

Great value for the price. Hotel offers everything you could need and the location is perfection. So close to the beach (two chairs and one umbrella came with our room), many restaurants nearby, super walkable. Valet parking was the only parking option, but that seems pretty typical around this area. We did not mind that as we didn’t need our car often. The rooms were clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and the black out curtains were appreciated. We would stay here again if traveling back to South Beach.

Room looks old but generally clean, it gets really loud outside early in the morning though. Service was subpar, no one helped clearly struggling customers with their luggage. Location was great, within walking distance there were abundant options of food and else.

Had the best time at the San Juan hotel. This is my fifth time staying there. We did have a power outage on Thanksgiving day due to a building under construction across the street which blacked out a few hotels on Collins Avenue went to the beach, utilized my free chair and umbrella, set up and enjoy the beach and the scenery, I give this hotel two thumbs up. Thank you Andy General manager for making sure my stay was excellent. I will be back again.
