Seriously one of the best hotels I’d ever stayed in terms of hospitality. Ms Ha was an excellent host. We could tell she was not out to money grab but rather was genuine in recommending places to go. We decided to book a guide for Mount Fansipan through her, and when weather conditions turned unfavorable, Ms Ha went above and beyond by offering a refund. This gesture impressed me, as many places would simply keep the money without a word. On the day of our Mount Fansipan trek, Ms Ha demonstrated thoughtfulness by preparing sandwiches for us in the early hours when the kitchen was not yet open. Upon our return from the trek, she offered a complimentary laundry service, a generous gesture considering the muddy condition of our clothes. This proved immensely helpful as we were due to leave for Sapa shortly after. Additionally, Ms Ha extended a late check-out, allowing us to return to our room for a shower and some rest before our departure from Sapa on the same day. I am genuinely impressed and grateful for Ms Ha's exceptional service. A big thank you to her for making our stay truly memorable. The location of this place is also very good, it’s less than a 5 minute walk away from eateries and massage parlours.

Super good experience! Rooms were beautiful and spacious! Housekeeping a little lacking though Noticed a couple of hand prints on the balcony glass door at night which freaked my gf out 😅 They remained uncleaned for the 2 and a half days of stay there Reception staff were helpful and friendly They speak good English and was very easy to communicate with them They helped us to book the tickets to Fansipan at no charge Location is great for visiting the surrounding attractions like Cat Cat village Highly recommended!

The room looked very nice, but was very dirty. We were asked to sign the check-in form in Vietnamese which we refused as we didn't want to sign something we couldn't read. Staff helpful keeping luggage overnight and letting us change. The breakfast is very Asian. The photo of the cloth on the bathroom floor is the dirt I cleaned off .

The staff was amazing - always trying to assist with whatever you need. The breakfast was delicious - more like a buffet with a selection of meats, breads, soups, vegetables, eggs, fruits… I visited when it was foggy but I did get a glimpse of the beautiful view from the hotel. The only negative is that the hotel is currently under renovation so there’s a draft making the room cold. I really wanted to try their spa service as well but it was closed during my stay.
