Nice Hotel very close to the train station and the Main Street but not noisy since it’s located in a side street. The rooms are quite spacious for Tokyo and this price range. The room was also clean and the furniture in a good state. Just one thing was negative that in at least my room the beds where not next to each other. But all I would recommend this hotel for a stay.

My personal experience is very good! This Hotel have a perfect position, because is near Shinjuku and with the train is very easy to go in Shibuya, Harajuku, Akihabara etc…

The rooms are pretty dingy and definitely bare bones as far as amenities go. Bed is not the greatest quality but serviceable. If you’re hoping for a view from your room, good luck- mine looked directly at a wall. It could do for some upgrades, or a deep clean at the very least. Staff was very polite and friendly though, and the location is convenient. It’s right by the Shin-Okubo station and only a few stops from Shinjuku, Harajuku, and other popular destinations.

Stayed here for a night. It is well located and the value is good especially per square feet as you get a fairy spacious room in Tokyo standard. The hotel itself looks like an old motel or old crappy apartment from the outside. Probably some renovation work has been done and it is not bad to stay. The upload speed of their wifi is a bit slow, but the download speed is fast enough.
