Amazing hotel, stayed here for 6 nights in September 2023. New building, new facilities, convenient location. Takadanobaba subway station a short walk away. McDonald’s and 7-Eleven even closer. A few local eateries across the street as well. The hotel offers free laundry, but the dryer costs money. Overall, I recommend.

The bed was quite hard and only one comforter per room. Called the reception to ask for another comforter but they only allow one comforter per room. The staff was kind and nice. Breakfast was neat and cleanly but the style was too Japanese for us - Sashimi, Sushi, gimblet soup, and so on. The location is convenient - exactly on top of the subway station. Could take the elevator directly from our floor room down to the subway station.

1. Room is quite big and comfortable, 3-4 large size luggage can be fitted 2. Unlimited welcome bev in the lobby, staff are always friendly and welcoming 3. The location is quite nice, you can simply take the elevator to the metro station, and you have everything you need nearby the hotel 4. Even though the housekeeper took my item by mistake during clearance, the reception crew, Khoi San is very helpful and tried his best assisting me finding my item, I would say the housekeeper should be more careful for customers items while cleaning the room and mattress, other than that, everything & service & especially staff are amazing! Highly recommend it and definitely will stay here next time for sure 🤩

This hotel is fabulous! It is right above the train station, easy to go to lots of places, lots of restaurants and stores, very convenient! The hotel itself is bigger than I’ve thought, it has a microwave, lots of goods that you can get from the front desk. The only thing that might be a bit better, if the front desk worker can speak much more fluent English will help a lot! But overall, they have all nice attitudes and service, will definitely come back again!
