No rooms are going to be big but this hotel has plenty inside for you whether you want to go to top floor for one of the best steaks ever plus a view for an additional 500 yen. If you need some snacks for your room they have 3 convenient stores inside. Train station is very close as well.

Lovely experience at hotel! We were on a school tour and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and was absolutely splendid and found the room comfortable! The portable AC was outstanding and the small bathroom with fantastic toilet and shower was also outstanding as well as the tiny window looking out to the ventilation! Super amazing breakfast buffet and good food selection! Definitely recommended staying here when visiting Tokyo

Although accessible by underground walkway (nice for cold weather), it is a long walk, especially with luggage, from Shinjuku Station. Facilities appear to be a throwback to 25 years ago. For example, sink has separate faucets and the hot water is very hot! Room was minimal in size, best for an individual guest rather than a couple. Staff very helpful. Had a self-storage facility for temporarily storing luggage that worked very well. Hotel has restaurants and shops on lower floors including a convenience store. Look for closer to station, more modern options first.

I stay here while traveling Tokyo with my wife.At first, I had booked the single bed with 14 square meters; however, I upgraded to twin bed room with 20 square meters. I strongly recommend the twin beds room as it has enough space to open up 2 30inch luggages. And this hotel also provides the humidifier since the weather is quite dry and the hotel heating air conditioning makes the room too hot. The humidifier makes the room more comfortable.

Rooms are extremely cramped and small, even for Japan standards. Toilet wreaked and something with the plumbing system kept adding to it. I even bought cleaner and sprayed it to clean myself and it didn't help much. Towels also smelled like cigarette smoke. Friends staying in the hotel had similar issues. The air and AC is shared and not strong or adjustable, so it was freezing at night but not strong enough during the day when you needed it. Could hear my neighbors fighting every night. Location is great and convenient to everything you'd want in the city. Easy to find and get to/from. Check in/out was simple and easy.
